For customers conducting a higher number of searches, we have account facilities for added convenience. Using personalised user IDs and passwords, colleagues can share an account to make searches or access a library of previous search results.
As an account customer you can credit funds to your account from which the fees are deducted as searches are made, alternatively you can pay with a credit/debit card or Paypal at the end of each basket. Please note a minimum deposit of £100 is required to set up a search account.
Additional users can be added to the same account. Each user will have their own username and password, allowing them to make searches and access a library of the accounts previous search results.
Once you have opened your account a minimum deposit of £100 will be required to activate the account. Funds can be added to your account either with a credit/debit card, Paypal or via a BAC’s payment. Funds will be deducted each time a search is made removing the need to use a credit/debit card at the end of each basket. If you choose to close your account in the future, any remaining funds will be credited back to you.
After the initial deposit, if you would rather not pre-pay funds into your account, you can complete each basket of searches with a credit/debit card or Paypal.
